Today, our 10th-12th grade listened to Tommie Mabry's motivational presentation about beating the odds- and keeping his eye on the goal of success !!!

After a Tommie Mabry session this morning with 10th-12th grade students from across Mason County, we can report, "The students have spoken!!" This is a, "don't miss" opportunity! Rest assured, no matter what your life story or background is, Dr. Mabry has a powerful message for all of us.

Please bring your families & other community members to attend the countywide family engagement night featuring Dr. Tommie Mabry being held TONIGHT, October 6, 2026, in the Wedge Auditorium at PPJSHS. Dr. Mabry has a remarkable story of challenges & successes which have helped shape both who he is now and his message of perseverance & hope. Please make time to join us ! If you don't believe us, ask any 10th-12th grade student who attended this morning! No tickets or registration are required. We look forward to seeing you there!

Representating WAHAMA at the WVSSAC Chick-fil-A Leadership Conference today !!!! Trace Simpkins, Sydney Rickard, Kobe Moore, Nate Harris ! Great Opportunity for our school and students !!!

What a wet, wet day! Didn’t slow Austin and Nate down any! They caught fish all morning, but most came up short of the minimum length. However, they did manage to put 4 regulation fish in the livewell! We finished 13th and moved up to 11th overall for the year! One more tournament to end the season…and what a first year season it’s been!

The Mason County Career Center in conjunction with the American Red Cross is sponsoring a Blood Drive on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, from 9:00-2:30 in Classroom 822.
