Wahama White Falcon Dinner Theater '24 Deemed a Success!
The members of the Wahama White Falcon Chorus performed their annual Dinner Theater, "Big City Dreams" on March 22-24! The fundraiser, which is the largest that the choir runs was a complete success! Below are several of the scenes from this year's show!
Eight students from Wahama High School recently participated in the West Virginia Music Educators Association's All-State Chorus 2024 . Under the direction of Rachel Reynolds, students had to learn all of the repertoire and audition in front of a panel of judges. All eight students passed their audition! Students then were directed by a nationally known conductor where he assembled all students who passed their audition. They rehearsed for two and a half days before presenting their concert to a sold- out crowd at the Clay Center for the Arts and Sciences on March 2, 2024 at 1:00 PM.
Participating students were: Anna Bella Mankin (Soprano 1), Olivia Jeffers (Soprano 2), Laila Gibbs (alto 2), Ella Edwards (alto 1), Johnathon Roush (Tenor 1), Alijah Hicks (Tenor 2), Antonio Perron (Bass 1), and Carson Gibbs (Bass 2).
